The information, including but not limited to, text, graphics, images and other material contained on this website are for informational purposes only. The purpose of this website is to promote broad consumer understanding and knowledge of various health topics. By booking appointments online or over the telephone you will be asked to consent to the addition of your email address to our mailing list (this is administered by MailChimp – mailchimp.com). You may opt out of this at any time by following the link at the bottom of any email received from the list. Information will be processed in accordance to our Privacy Policy and/or that of our service provider.  

As the service provided is a concierge service in the client’s home, it is the clients responsibility to provide an appropriate space and access to water as discussed at the time of consultation. For health and safety reasons, only the practitioner and client will be permitted in the room when treatments or consultations are being carried out. Any pets must be secured prior to the arrival of the practitioner.

No warranty or guarantee is made by Facetherapy NI. as to results. Results may vary from client to client and it is possible that results may not come up to expectations or goals. Any pre-treatment and aftercare advice should be followed as failure to do so may affect the outcome of your treatment.

Minimum age for any treatment is 18 years of age.

We will provide you with all of the information you might need in order to make an informed decision about your treatments or procedures. If you are unclear about any aspect of the treatment offered including but not limited to side effects, risks and benefits, then please ensure you ask questions to satisfy yourself prior to making a decision. We will require a minimum of 48 hours between consultation and treatment to allow for adequate consideration of the treatment or procedure on your part.

While treatments and consultations are provided by a qualified Nurse, you should consult your general practitioner or where appropriate your relevant consultant before starting undertaking any diet, exercise, and supplementation, treatment or medication program. Consultations through Facetherapy NI are for the purposes of aesthetic treatments only and do not constitute a general health consultation. Statements on FacetherapyNI about products and health conditions are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. If you have a health concern of any kind, please consult with your GP or relevant consultant. Information presented by Facetheray NI is for educational purposes only and is not meant to substitute for the advice of your primary doctor or other medical professional. Facetherapy NI does not make any medical claims or warranties regarding the use of the products listed on this site or on its store.

Pricing Policy

All prices are inclusive of treatment in your home and products where indicated. We do not compromise on quality and only use recognised, named products and equipment.

Consultations are with a qualified and trained doctor. In order to maintain our professional and ethical standards we charge a fee of £50 for initial consultation This fee, however is redeemable against any treatment, course of treatments or product sales over £120. You are not obliged to book a treatment, procedure or purchase products after this consultation.

Deposits are payable as follows at the time of booking:

  • 25% of a single treatment
  • £100 against any course of treatment
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • No discount is available unless offered as part of a corporate discount or the treatment or product is on special offer.
  • Payment by cash, PayPal or debit/credit card


Cancellation policy

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us at Facetherapy NI. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 72 hours notice.

Our Policy:

Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 72 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be £50 – your previously paid appointment deposit. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you. We require a £50 deposit for all appointments. This is non refundable. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.

Our VIP Membership offers our loyal, regular clients an easy payment scheme with exclusive VIP Members Only discounts, events and offers!

(*Discount amount is dependent on which membership is selected – Bronze, silver or gold) 

How Does VIP Membership Work? 

Members complete the online membership form and pay a monthly membership fee, a Direct Debit is set up for £50. £100 or £200 per month. The monthly fee is credited to the clients account, VIP Members can then use the accrued balance to pay for treatments and retail products (Terms and conditions apply) 


Monthly Fee of £50, £100 or £200 is taken by DirectDebit  which is credited to the clients account and accrues over time. The credit balance is then redeemable against any treatments and/or products. If treatments exceed the credit balance a top-up payment can be paid via cash, bank transfer or debit or credit card (including Amex)

These VIP Membership Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “Terms and Conditions”) govern the purchase and use of the VIP Membership purchased from Facetherapy NI, 545 Anrtim Road, Belfast, Northern Ireland,  Bt14 3BU. . Purchasing a VIP Membership 

  • Memberships are void where prohibited or restricted by law. 
  • Except as provided herein, VIP memberships have no cash value. 
  • VIP Memberships are not valid until payment has been received and successfully processed by Facetherapy NI. 
  • Facetherapy NI  reserves the right to refuse service for any reason. 

VIP Membership 

  • VIP membership is only valid Facetherapy NI 
  • Except as required by law, VIP membership is not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund. 
  • VIP membership automatically renews after one year. 
  • For security purposes, a VIP member may be required to show valid ID before he or she can use the VIP membership. 
  • The membership is valid for the person whose file the number is associated with. May not be shared and is non transferable. 
  • The services that are associated with the VIP membership may change at any time without notice. 


Miscellaneous Terms and Conditions 

  • Facetherapy NI the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time in its sole discretion. 
  • VIP Membership, and these Terms and Conditions, are subject to and governed by the laws of Northern Ireland, without reference to its principles of conflicts of law. 
  • If any provision of these Terms and Conditions should, for any reason, be held invalid, prohibited by law or unenforceable in any respect, such term will not apply. However, the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall be enforced to the full extent permitted by law. A court of competent jurisdiction is hereby empowered to modify the invalid, prohibited or unenforceable provision to make it valid and enforceable. 
  • Monthly payments are payable on the date you sign up to the VIP membership. By signing signing up to our VIP membership you are agreeing to being in our VIP membership for at least 6 months and making 6 consecutive monthly paynents of the value of your initial membership. (I.e 6 consecutive monthly payments of £50, £100 or £200) 
  • By purchasing the monthly payment option you are agreeing to the terms of this membership agreement. 
  • Your VIP membership payments are non refundable. 
  • Discount is only available to the named VIP Member and are only available on treatments and packages at list price. Discount is not available on special promotions unless specified and is not available on any treatment carried out by a third party (Only nurses and therapists working on behalf of Facetherapy ni)  
  • Payments are due monthly and will be collected by Direct Debit on or close to the date you agreed.   
  • You agree to maintain a direct debit instruction with your bank for the amount due. Please do not cancel your Direct Debit instruction without contacting us first.  
  • Your VIP membership will begin as soon as the first direct debit instruction has been collected . (Example. You apply and set up the direct debit on the 15th of May. Your actual VIP memberships begins when we take the first payment). 
  • The membership agreement is for at least 6 months duration (subject to terms under the heading “Cancellation”). 
  • We may make reasonable changes to the VIP Membership Agreement terms and conditions at any time. 
  • Membership is open to all customers over the age of 18.  You must have access to an email account and provide us with the email address. 
  • If your Bank fails to make a direct debit payment from your account Facetherapy NI will contact you by phone, SMS or email to advise you of this. An administration fee of £20 will be charged for each failed direct debit payment. 
  • If you cancel your Direct Debit instruction without giving notice of cancellation (see “Cancellation policy”) or making a new Direct Debit instruction an administration fee of £20 will be charged for each failed direct debit payment. If you fail to make an overdue payment within 14 days you agree that we may use you Direct Debit mandate to recover the full outstanding amount 
  • You will in these circumstances have the option to instead cancel your membership in line with the terms of this agreement under the heading cancelation 
  • You may cancel your membership without giving any reason within 14 days of membership.  This allows time for you to ensure you have made a sound decision about the membership. If you have had the benefit of any services  in the first 14 days you must pay the difference between your monthly membership payment and the total tariff or list price of the services. 
  • We may send you information relating to your membership and current offers and promotions by email, Messenger or SMS. 
  • Facetherapy NI  reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions or withdraw the scheme at any time – members will be notified in advance of any changes.  
  • Facetherapy NI reserves the right to refuse or cancel membership when a member is not abiding by the terms and conditions.  
  • If a member has treatments costing more than the balance in their account, the difference is payable at the time of their treatment.  
  • When joining members may be required to show photographic ID with proof of billing address.  
  • Treatments are subject to availability so we recommend that for peak times such as weekends, treatments are booked in advance to avoid disappointment.  
  • We reserve the right to refuse any treatment on medical grounds and/or if we consider it inappropriate in our professional opinion.  
  • Failure to attend for a pre-booked treatment without notifying us will result in the payment for the appointment being deducted from your Facetherapy Ni account.  
  • Discounts will not apply to Gift Vouchers. 

Cancelation Policy: 

  • You may cancel your membership at any time by giving one month’s notice in writing or email. Please send this to; Facetherapy NI, 545 Antrim Road, Belfast, Northern Ireland, BT15 3BU. 
  • OR email us Enquiry@facetherapyni.com 
  • Once we receive your cancelation confirmation, we will then remove you from the VIP scheme and Pay As You Go pricing of our services will resume. Please ensure you receive written confirmation of your cancellation. 
  • Any balance remaining at the time of cancellation will remain available to redeem against treatments but no discount will apply after the date your membership ends.  
  • Account balance is not refundable or transferrable but you can purchase vouchers and pay for treatments for other people using your balance..
