By securing an appointment with a deposit, accepting treatment and signing our Clientele Consent Form, you acknowledge that you have read, and are in agreement, to our full Terms & Conditions.
FaceTherapy NI will not be held liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including, however not limited to, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to the client.
It is the clients sole responsibility and duty to ensure that he or she provide FaceTherapy NI with all relevant medical details/conditions prior to each treatment. FaceTherapy NI will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the clients failure to disclose such details.
The client agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations outlined by, or on behalf of, FaceTherapy NI regarding the care of a treated area. Nothing in these terms of service shall exclude or limit FaceTherapy NI liability for death or any personal injury resulting from FaceTherapy NI negligence.
- General information
All patients are required to provide contact details; including address, telephone and email in order to secure an appointment.
All clients will complete a Medical history form at their first appointment, this is necessary to inform the consultation and treatment planning process.All information will be treated as confidential and protected in accordance with Data Protection legislation
Patient information will not be shared with third parties without written permissions and you will not receive unsolicited information from us.You may choose to remove yourself from our mailing list at any time, by unsubscribing.

Facetherapy NI will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the client’s failure to disclose such details.
The client agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by, or on behalf of, Facetherapy NI regarding the care of a treated area. Nothing in these terms of business shall exclude or limit Facetherapy NI liability for death or any personal injury resulting from Facetherapy NI negligence.
- Appointments & Charges
Appointments are secured by a £30 non-refundable deposit.Please arrive at least 15 minutes in advance of your appointment time, this is to allow time for the necessary paperwork and disclosures to be completed. Late arrival may result in a reduced treatment time or forfeiting of the appointment. FaceTherapy NI will do all to ensure your appointment runs on time. However, should we need to cancel/and or postpone your appointment – we reserve the full right to do so. FaceTherapy NI stresses that this will only be in situations outside of our control and we will strive to ensure you are given as much advance notice as possible. Prior to your appointment, you will be informed of any preparation requirements you must take. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in cancellation of your appointment, reduced treatment times and/or additional fees charged. Any client wishing to attend a treatment along with a child/young person must ensure that another responsible adult is present to supervise. FaceTherapy NI cannot take any responsibility or undertake the duty of child supervision. Failure to do this will result in an immediate appointment cancellation – with loss of value of treatment and/or deposit. FaceTherapy NI regards anyone under the age of 16 a child, who subsequently must be supervised.
- Treatment Suitability
We will always assess each individual client as to whether a treatment is suitable for you, or, more importantly, if it is likely to be successful. Prior to any treatment being carried out a member of our professional team will carry out this assessment.Should we find a reason why it would be unsuccessful, our reasons will be explained to you in full. In these instances, you will only be liable for the cost of the initial consultation, where applicable.
We require, at least, 72 hours notice for postponement or amending of appointment times.Deposits are strictly non-refundable, however can be transferred one time to another treatment type.

FaceTherapy NI understand that you are trusting us with your personal information. We are committed to securing your data, ensuring it remains safe and encrypted with advanced technology. Your information is never shared, and held digitally in accordance with General Data Protection Regulatory (GDPR) outlines.Your information is never shared without your consent, and will be processed and used for the purposes of Appointment scheduling and updates, in-house marketing & other areas that are applicable to the management of Facetherapy NI.
In certain circumstances, the GDPR allows personal data to be disclosed to law enforcement agencies without the consent of the data subject.
Under these circumstances, FaceTherapy NI will disclose requested data. However, the data controller will ensure the request is legitimate, seeking assistance from the board and from the company’s legal advisers where necessary.
